I have never been treated so rudely by the person in charge of billing at the Roswell office - don't know her name but I could sure come up with a few good ones! Due to HER mistake and lack of follow up, she was having problems with my claim being paid by my insurance company, yet she told me that she was irritated with ME and she was much too busy to have to deal with these things (isn't that her job???). I left her multiple messages when I received the bills but never received a call back (I guess she was just too busy...again) and when I finally got her on the phone, all of it was my fault.



I have witnessed her being rude to other people, as well as her office staff. Having someone like this dealing with the public on behalf of your practice is a liability and she should be fired.
