Very compassionate and business focused environment! VIV (LabCorp Worker) made sure I felt like a person vs a number. She took the time to adhere to my request in a well professional manner. This worker should be recognized for her patience, expertise and enthusiasm.
Thank you VIV!

The front office staff is always extremely rude to my family and I when we go in. Not to mention anyone that walks through those doors. If you are in this profession and are working with people, you need to understand kindness and what customer service means. If not, I'm sure people will be happy to replace you once you get too many complaints.

Went this morning for some routine annual blood work. Got there right when they opened at 7:30am, and the doors leading in were locked until almost 7:40am. Myself, and three other people were forced to stand outside and wait for the doors to be unlocked, even after they were scheduled to be open. When we finally got inside, the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful to us. Very unprofessional for a medical facility. The lady who ran the actual test was extremely nice and friendly, but that doesn't make up for the rude front desk staff.

Why bother having an appointment?

I bring my child to this location about once a year because it's close to our house....and kick myself every time. They "accept" online appointments, but don't honor them in the office. You are placed in line behind walk-ins. This time, it took 45 min past our appt time before we were called for paperwork, then another 15 min before being called back.

The people at the counter were nice. The lady who took my test was not. I am in disbelief that people who have no understanding of patient care ,kindness and respect hold a job in the medical field.

The LabCorp office on Hembree Rd has a sign in folder stating you need an ID, an insurance card and a CREDIT CARD. The clerk at the desk said they file insurance and charge your credit card. After insurance pays they charge any balance to your card and destroy the credit card info. She said all Labcorp offices require a credit card. This is not so. I went to a different Labcorp office where they did not want my credit card .
