Provided by YP.comI have been going to Lauck Motors for 20+ years and even though the mechanics and some staff may change, somethings never do--the quality and service. Last time I was in Alan had helped me with many of my questions and although he didnt do the work, he was overly cheery and very ease to speak with. My car was fixed and returned the same day as promised! I would refer anyone to Lauck Motors!!

Provided by YP.comYou had me since hello! I brought in my Mercedes C320 when it started making weird noises. I was referred to them by a friend who had been using them for many years. I spoke with Sammy at first--who was very nice and thorough--he made me feel at ease about the whole process and explained in detail. The service was done efficiently and correctly THE FIRST TIME!! I would definately give them a all five stars and am now a repeat customer! Thanks Lauck Motors!

Provided by YP.comI took my E320 Class Mercedes to them and they told me it needed a new transmission for $5,000.00. I had it taken to another mechanic and it cost me less than $1,000.00 including the tow!! RIP OFF!!
Mr. Dooley, After having your car arrive at Lauck Motors via tow truck, we inspected your vehicle and found that your transmission was bad along with the transmission pan that had dropped out of place. Further, we found an excessive amount of metal debris in the pan. Through our experience, we have found that this would have eventually leaded to a complete failure of the transmission. To determine the true extent of damage to the vehicle it's required to do extensive disassembly, which would have cost you if it resulted in replacement anyway.
