The folks at Peachtree Computers in Roswell are the BEST!! They do excellent work quickly, correctly, and reasonably. I have trusted multiple computers to their care and they have never failed.

My Toshiba laptop started malfunctioning. I phoned Peachtree computers and spoke to Anna who was very pleasant and informative. I was pleased to hear that the shop would undertake a diagnosis of the problem for free. Later I took over the laptop; Joey courteously and efficiently checked it in. Within a few days Alex undertook the diagnosis and informed me of the results and my options. We discussed what to do and he proceeded. When I returned to pick it up he gave me further details about the situation and answered my questions. Anna took my payment which for the work was quite reasonable. I would recommend Peachtree Computers and unhesitatingly return.

All the guys at Peachtree computers were awesome. Every employee treated me with great customer service and fixed my computer with in a couple hours, price was great as well. Will definitely​ be back!

I can't thank you, and, specifically, Matt, for recovering the customer files on my old hard drive. The computer was used to run my commercial embroidery machine and those files were vital for a smooth transition to a newer version of Windows. I would be very lost and unproductive without them. Matt was able to find all the files I needed and copied to a flash drive. Big lesson learned - BACKUP FILES!!! I will be a lifelong customer and will certainly recommend you to my friends and associates.

Without question Peachtree Computers is a highly professional and qualified business. The staff takes the time to answer questions as well as to give advice and most importantly provides great service. . Each of my family members is now a patron of this business.

Used Peachtree Computers after Office Depot couldn't fix my pc. Had a bad power supply apparently and that was it. They fixed it while i waited for $50 bucks. Office Depot wanted $350. Can't even begin to explain my relief. This place was great.

So very satisfied with their service. They did exactly what they said they would do and on time too. Less than a week. And their fee for the service put a smile on my face.

What great guys, great service, with a smile- look you in the eye and deliver what they promised when they promised it. I have used them several times- always a smile and a thank you. A real gem. (and easy on the eyes lol)

The savvy and knowledgeable guys at Peachtree Computers are tops in my book! I went in to buy a new laptop because I thought mine was toast. I happened to have the laptop with me in my car. After I explained my situation to the store owner, Aaron, he offered to take a look at the old laptop. I brought it inside and low and behold; he fixed it. Instead of just selling me a new laptop, accessories, etc., he fixed my old laptop IN STORE in just hours that same day for less than he could have sold a new one to me! Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, it's not. The laptop still works just fine AND, after pricing the same type of services performed on my laptop at National and local industry competitors, I realized not only did they NOT have to outsource or ship my computer for repair somewhere else, but they charged a LOT less than "the other guys" would have! Last, both Aaron and co-worker, Phil were two of the nicest, down-to-earth guys with whom I've dealt in a very long time. Exceptional customer service and a good deal is no longer a thing of the past.... in the computer biz, anyway! I will absoslutely take my business and my friends & family to Peachtree Computers! Finally a place that can deliver on its promises and not charge an arm and a leg for it. They had my laptop back to me in no time and charged me less than $100 for a repair that Best Buy said would cost $300. I give them two thumbs up.

The employees at the store were very knowledgeable and surprised me by their cheap prices and fast turn around time. The other big chain stores do not even compare. I am definitely coming to Peachtree Computers for all of my needs.

I brought my laptop in with a problem with the motherboard. The geeks at Best Buy told me it would have to be shipped off for 2-3 weeks to replace the motherboard. The guys at Peachtree Computers told me I simply need a new power jack soldered on my motherboard. The repair cost me a quarter of what Best Buy said it would. I would recommend these guys to anybody! Thanks!!
