The worst gun range experience I've ever had by far! Maybe the worst merchant experience ever. Had to wait for the cashier to finish texting to find out the $58 Sharp Shooter coupon we purchased was a rip-off. The four of us were first time visitors to this range but we all are avid shooters and know what we should expect form a well run range. We were passed from disinterested employee to disinterested employee to a disinterested manager. Wow...we couldn't believe how poorly we were being treated! The "Manager'' came out with his shirt untucked to show how little he cared and then showed us why the range was only half full at prime time on a rainy day. Why, you may ask? Because SS's is over priced, under equipped, VERY poorly staffed and VERY poorly managed.

Well, the good news we packed our stuff and made it to Sandy Spings Gun Club less than 15 minutes south and had a GREAT experience. The staff showed us why there lanes were at capacity. We requested 2 lanes for the four of us. The first lane came available after 10 minutes. The four of us shot for 45 min on the one lane when one of the exemplary employees came out and comped our 1st lane because the second was not going to come available. Yes! They care about their customers and run a great business! They know we will all come back, spend money and tell our friends what a great range they run. Duh! Thanks Sandy Springs for saving our night!

Sorry Sharp Shooters USA, I don't think you guys are gonna make it running a business that doesn't can about it's customers. Remember we are the ones who pays your bills and keep your doors open.

I'm new to the gun world, and am looking to purchase my first handgun. This place is a stand-alone in the local area!! New, clean, and state of the art! Wide range of brands & many styles! A friendly staff took the time to listen to my needs, offer uncommissioned advice, & let me hold several guns to compare! I also shot on the range & was satisfied with the experience. Overall, I RATE Sharp Shooters very high! The only 'con' would be prices were slightly higher than other dealers, but not outrageous.
