Provided by YP.comI have been to Sky Car Was a few times in the past and have to say I have always had a good experience. The attendants are friendly overall and the atmosphere is pleasant. Today was no exception. The valet took my car and I relaxed in their clean, comfortable lounge for about 30 minutes while the car was washed, vaccumed and the glass was cleaned. I typically pay less for a comparable car wash, but not much less and the other place doesn't have as nice of a waiting room. I would return for sure.

Provided by YP.comYou get what you pay for. The Sky Express Car Wash is the definition of a premium car wash. If you're looking for a $2 do-it-yourself job, this is not the place.
I went on a weekday afternoon and got the premium wash. I had just brought my Jeep back from a road trip and not only did they get the bugs out, the paint job looked better than when I bought it (which, admittedly was only a couple weeks ago).
The interior is luxurious and includes leather chairs, modern tables, an expansive outdoor patio area and a frozen yogurt buffet, including something like 16 different toppings.
My only complaints would be that it was almost impossible to find anyone to help us out once we were inside and it took foreverrrrrrr to get our the Jeep back, so make sure you have plenty of time if they're busy when you come in for a wash.
Overall it wasn't a bad experience and my car looks really f-in good.

Provided by YP.comFor starters, the word “Express” is misleading, as there is nothing remotely resembling express service with this Roswell based car wash. You need to be prepared to be here awhile, as the service takes a bit longer than most other comparably priced washes. The good news is, it is worth the wait. The facilities are attractive and clean, with yogurt bars and smoothie offerings, and soon (according to the sign) bakery goods and sandwiches to be offered.
And the car wash? We’ll we brought in a 2010 Dodge Avenger with about six months worth of dirt on it, and drove out with what looked like a brand new car. This was easily the best car wash I have ever gotten, and Sky Express attendants even took the time to remove the trunk mats to be cleaned, something I have never received elsewhere.
If you live in the Roswell area, give Sky Express a try, you won’t be disappointed!

Provided by YP.comI should have read the reviews before signing up for their monthly plans because just like others have stated I canceled on time and was still charged. I went to cancel just like they asked of me got a receipt and then the next month was still charged.
I called twice and emailed them the receipt but after 3 weeks and numerous unreturned phone calls I have yet to see a credit.
Horrible customer service for a over priced car washed. Not worth the hassel.
I think someone needs to do an ITeam investigation on this place.

Provided by YP.com1. We went to Sky Car Wash, to get our car (Subaru Baja) cleaned on 10/05/2008 around 11:30am.
2. At the time of check-in, we were heavily promoted and finally opted for the most expensive i.e. Premium Wash priced at $49.99 + tax. We were told that the interior is going to be hand-cleaned by two persons for 40-50 minutes (as opposed to one if we opted for the basic service). Instead, only after 20 mins we were informed that our car is ready.
3. When we inspected the car, we observed that neither exterior nor the interior of the car was cleaned properly. There was dirt near the cup holders and several stains inside as well as exterior that no one had even attempted to clean that could have easily come off using some soap and sponge.
4. We pointed out these to the person who was helping us to check-out. He had an explanation for everything that was not clean. He was unsuccessfully trying to wipe off every stain with a wet rag. So, we just requested him to properly clean the interior.
5. Instead of doing anything, he escalated it to Bryan, the manager in-charge. Bryan went thru the same set of explanations why things were not clean. He was far from being courteous; rather rude and impolite. As per Bryan, he would not be making money if he was to give so much time and attention to individual customer. He did not stop there. He blamed us that it is our fault that we had such a dirty car that was not washed for a long time. Bryan repeated several times that we probably had very high expectation of the service. Please note that we took their best and most expensive service.
In conclusion, we would like to say:
# We shall never use the Sky Car Wash service again.
# We shall never refer any of our friends or family to Sky Car Wash.
# We shall like to warn people using Sky Car Wash, to have a very low expectation and be prepared to be mistreated if you expect any customer service.

Provided by YP.comIf you get something broken dont't expect to get it repaired, the phone number only tells you the hours of operation. No one has called me about a broken atenna that did no screw off that they screwed off any way, with the right tools anthin will come off. The work was very godd customer relations if something happens is just poooooor! The worst I have dealt with in my life, don't wait for that phone call it won't come and you may be out over $200.00 as well. But then again the vechile did look good.
