Would never ever go back. From setting the appointment, (the girl was a little less than cordial) to picking up my dog, the whole experience was not good.
It seemed that no one who worked there, liked working there. (Or just working in general) I'm so sorry that I interrupted their day of texting and talking to their co-workers to bring my dog in for a wash. Seemed like it was a bother to them. Won't make that mistake again.
And I'm 99% sure that my poor dog got fleas from that place. I've never had an issue, and since I took her there, I've had to give her 3 flea treatments.
She came home as that dirty dog.
No Good

Love going there. I was one of their first walkin customers when they first opened and have continued to go ever since. You can do-the washing yourself in a clean, fenced place or have them do it. Andy (my lab) loves going there and they are so nice and really care about the dogs. Not every dog loves it there as Andy but they are catered to. One shy Golden was gently coaxed out of the car by the staff and loved-up to make her feel better. Mary said she has to do this every time to get the dog to come in and once Momwas gone the dog was fine.



Can't say enough about the people and the place. Andy gets his nails drummeled and they do a great job as well as using a hypo-allergenic shampoo and conditioner for his allergies.

This place is great with dogs, especially my dog who is older andmore fragile. They do an excellent job with him!
