World class customer service! They went above and beyond to solve a problem I had with an order. Thanks!

They were supposed to hold a out of box special bike rack for 24 hours, which they did, but I showed up a day late and it was sold. They honored the price and gave me a brand new rack. Above and beyond.

Shipped the wrong item but made it right by upgrading me. It was a honest mistake but most companies would not go the extra mile like they did to make it right with the customer. I will be shopping here from now on.

They took the time to lay out my options and did not condescend to me like a lot of bike shops. Low pressure sales approach- gave me the options and let me make my own decision. Recommend.

Great Company to have done business with, ordered some parts online got it very quick to my door in LA.
