Booked this company through a broker. We advised the load would be ready @ 4pm. The driver showed up at 2pm. Around 2:30pm the owner of the company called to complain that the load was not ready. When I told him that we advised the broker it would not be ready until 4pm he became extremely Rude and argumentative. He would not let me talk and demanded that the driver be able to drop his trailer so he could take a nap since we do not allow trucks to idle while being loaded. I advise it was our policy not to allow drivers to drop their trailer but that I would ask, he continues to over talk and say how ridiculous our policy was. After speaking with my manger I advised him that we would not allow his driver to drop the trailer, he than said how his driver would now have to drive all night because of us and he hoped we were happy about it and hung up on me. I called back to speak to a manager, who I later learned was his daughter, I voiced my concern about how the man I just spoke with was rude and unprofessional. A few minutes he called me back to confront me about my call, and once again went on about how out policies are ridiculous.



This company is unprofessional in every way and I will be advising the broker company of this same issue.
