Home shield sent these gentlemen out to come fix a leak in the wall. The guy they sent was very young and had a rough appearance. He was able to find the leak in 30mins. He seemed to have fixed the problem or so he thought. Two or so hours after he left, my wife noticed that the hall carpet was soaked. I went to inspect and noticed that the gentleman did not cap off the pipe. Water was everywhere. and managed to spill out into the hall. He had cut the pipe in two places from what I saw and one side was capped but the other was not.



I called Mando to inform him of this problem he said," no my guys know what they are doing" and blamed me for having something to do with the other cap on being on the pipe. If you can AVOID these guys! Prices are good but if you want a half fast job done these are your guys. You get what you pay for so look elsewhere.
