I take all three of my sons to BCA. I always get a same day scheduling, both in the Roswell office and the Artesia office. The staff and nurses at both locations are always helpful and very friendly. The doctors are professional and they always treat my boys well. Thanks BCA! Here's to many more years of outstanding service!

My overall experience at BCA was wonderful. My appointment was made the same day and I didn't even have to wait more than 10 minutes to get back into a room. Dr. Whitlock was in the room within 10-15 minutes of us being roomed. She listened very attentively and went beyond to find out what was going on with my 15 year old step-son. We are very happy with the experience and would recommend her to anyone. Thank you so much for caring for my 4 children BCA. Dawn Chavez

I've been going to BCA since i was a new born,im 17yrs old now. my older sister also went to BCA,now her 5 children do. The staff off BCA Medical is stupendous.!! I once got blood poisoning due to an infected piercing. The doctors and Nurses took less than 3days to find a good medicine to make the infection go away and save me at the most. Big thanks to the staff of BCA Medical.

i take my 2 children to bca and i have seen all the doctors-they are all wonderful. i feel sorry for the nurses who have to work on saturday.Though it's nice to know that i can take my little angels on saturday if need be. The Nurses are great their excellence just shines through their smiling faces.

When my son was a newborn, he developed a condition that could have killed him. The staff at BCA took the time to find out what exactly was wrong with him. Dr Carson saved his life and saved him from a life of pain. I can't thank them enough. Dee

I first brought my 3 children to BCA in 1982, since then I now have 2 grandchildren who also come to BCA. I never went to any other doctor in town because I felt they were given the best care at BCA. I highly recommend that anyone with children come to BCA and meet the doctors. Also the nurses and the front office people have always been very nice and professional.

I have been bringing my children and now my first grandchild to BCA Medical for the past 19yrs. I have always been very pleased with the care that all doctors and nurses have provided to them all. They have always treated us with positive attitude and care whether it be a visit for a sick visit or check up. I appreciate all the care they have provided for my family. Thanks BCA!!

As a mother I feel that BCA Medical is the best available pediatric clinic in Roswell NM. The doctors are very thorough and have a real concern for their patients. The front office is friendly and most nurses are kind. I would definitely recommend BCA to anyone looking for a great primary physician in the area.

I have taken my children and know my grandson to BCA Medical. And still to this day I have received great service. The staff and doctors are wonderful. The advantage of BCA is there is eight doctors and they are opened on Saturdays. My grandson is seen the same day. I don't have to wait days for him to see a doctor.

I've taken all three of my kids to BCA for the past 5 years and have been completely satisfied. I think I've seen all of their physicians at one time or another and they all are very knowledable and helpful. Dr. Liakos even came to the hospital on an ER visit at 3:00 in the morning to check on my child. They have completely remodeled their office over the past 3 years too. During my visits I have found the staff to be very nice and respectful. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!

We see Dr. Carson, she is wonderful! The ladies at the front desk are okay...they do know there job. Most nurses are friendly and informative. It is worth our hour drive to go there! Thanks to Dr. Carson and BCA!!

BCA is good about getting your child in if they are sick the same day. But the staff are not very polite and can be rude at the front desk. One of the doctors sent us to the ER for dark stool and $600 and 6 hours later the ER doctor told us it was due to Prune Juice and the doctor who sent us should have known that. (which she knew our child was on Prune Juice) But the doctors I would see is Dr. Haney, Dr. Garcia, Dr. Liakos Jr, or Dr Elliot. We are moving so we have to switch Drs but after my experience with BCA I would go back and choose to go else where for my childs care.
