HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I am a professional and bought some suits for upcoming business. I took them home and didn't like the way they fit, so tried to return them only a few days later. I had all the tags on them and never wore them, other than to try on. I also had the receipt which says you can return items within 10 days of purchase. However, I did not see the fine print that all sales are final--on basically everything in the store, including men's suits. The cashier never told me that when I paid them over $600.00. They refused to work with us and were nasty and rude to my wife and daughter. They said all sales final and they packed up the suits and said take them, we won't refund your money. I will NEVER EVER refer anyone to this business or ever go there again. I found better quality suits at the same price at another store. This place could use a seminar in customer service and customer relations, as well as marketing. This store won't last long at the Cedar Creek mall, because the word will get out in central Wisconsin. Pathetic.
