Terrible customer service and food that is not even worth the trouble.

Ordered a chicken sub and got a steak sub instead. Went back to get the correct sub and they tried to tell me I ordered the steak when the receipt clearly said chicken on it. Asked for my money back given I would have to wait for them to make another sub and I had to drive all the way back there because they messed up in the first place and they refused to give me any sort of discount or anything for my trouble. Left with my money and no sub and I will never go back again. They did not even apologize to me. Prior to this, every time I ordered I would have to give my order over and over again until they finally got it down and then I was given a certain amount of time that my food would be ready and each time I would arrive and have to wait another 5-10 minutes for my food.

This place may be small, but they have personality and care about the customer. I've been eating from there ever since they opened and I can honestly say that they truly work to make you happy with your order. I've never had any problems and if I wanted something extra added to my pizza, it is never a problem. Everyone there is so very kind and sociable, with great personalities! I consider it Rougemont's "hometown" Pizza Shop! And, their food is great! Especially the Chicken Ranch Specialty Pizza (with artichoke hearts!)!
