The people behind the counters are as rude as can be, if they don't like their job, get a new one, but don't take your frustrations out on the customers. There are only 2 people in that whole store worth me going in there for, and that is Nancy in front and in Pharmacy, I think his name is Martin, I see him helping people and always has a smile on his face.

If you want to keep your customers, you better do something about your employees who think they are above everyone else!.

After taking my son to the dentist for a tooth extraction, I drove to Walgreens near his home to fill a Rx for pain management and the staff said that the earliest they could get to it would 1-1/2 hours! I told them that we need it sooner and they said that they had 50 Rxs ahead of me and that I would have to wait. I asked for a manager and was told that the manager would not be in for 3 hours. What ever happened to customer service? I'm done with Walgreens.
