The Aquatics, Fitness Center & Nature Museum provides a range of swimming and other sports activities for boys and girls over six years of age and high school graduates. It operates pools that are equipped with diving boards. The center offers the Aquacise program and lap swim, group and private lessons. The Aquatics, Fitness Center & Nature Museum features locker rooms and shower areas. It is affiliated with the Northern Illinois Swim Conference. The center is a part of the Round Lake Area Park District, which offers a variety of recreational and camp programs. The district is also responsible for the maintenance of Renwood Golf Course and parks and other facilities. The Round Lake Area Park District operates a museum, dance studio and sports center.
