If I could give a negative amount of stars, I would....Nothing but problems since day 1. Bought a BRAND NEW BED from them, said it would be delivered in a week. 2 weeks pass and we call. They claimed the truck broke down and they took the truck, and it's contents back to the town it came from. (where ever the ware house was) 3 weeks now, call again, said it was on back order and I mentioned the truck breakdown, which I was told that never happened. 4 weeks- I had already sold my bed and was tired of sleeping on the floor. Aarons sent out a "loaner". 5 weeks now.... Still no bed. Everytime I call, I get a different story. No one there can figure out anything. 6 weeks, nothing. 7 weeks, finally get a bed. (November 2008) After complaining, I get 10% off the price and 2 weeks free. never got the 2 weeks free, no one there had a clue and said no.Fast forward to May 2009. The "NEW BED" is ripping. Called them back to ask about a warranty.
