A/C stopped working on Friday evening and scrambled to get someone out to the house. Called A/C by Chris and he was able to come over and diagnose the problem the same evening. He was able to locate the parts the next day and replaced the fan blade motor and a few other things that were worn out. I was very impressed with the professionalism and price. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Chris has been my go-to guy for AC Repair for a while now. Just had him and his team install two systems for me a few years ago and they have performed flawlessly. I highly recommend AC by Chris!

This company is great. They sent a tech out in just a few minutes after my call. He checked my AC system out in a few more minutes, and isolated the problem - a bad circuit breaker. I ran to the store and got a new one and replaced it myself. They don't charge for a service call so it was free!

I will certainly call them again if I have AC problems.

AC by Chris is awesome; they have serviced my AC requirements for the past several years and each time exceeded my expectations. They have always been on time, reasonable, and performed great quality work. Chris, the owner, is a subject matter expert and totally committed to his profession. AC by Chris is yhe only company that I will use and have referred many of my friends and associates; everyone loves Chris!

I called AC by Chris on the recommendation of a very good friend. Got an appt. set up. Today, I waited for Chris to arrive, and he never showed. I called to see if he was running late, and had to leave a message. Never got a return call, so I called again. This time he answered, and told me he had spilled coffee on his list, so could not make out the names and addresses. He could not come out today and was NOT very apologetic. In fact, I felt he got pretty darn cocky with me, and I never said an ugly or angry word or raise my voice. I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!!

My husband and I went to Arkansas to pick up our youngest son on a Sunday morning. The house was nice and cool and a/c was working great. When we got home about 17 hours later, the house was crazy hot. The a/c had stopped sometime during the day. We called A/C by Chris the next morning, about 830 am. He said they would get somebody out there between 12 and 2. So we loaded up the family and went to Denny's for some breakfast and A/C. My cell rang at 1130, the tech was already there. We told him we were on our way and about 15 minutes later we got home. HE WAS ALREADY DONE. Half an hour early, and he was finished before he was even scheduled to be there. At a total cost of $125, and they held our check for 5 days until we got paid...I cannot say enough wonderful things about A/C by Chris. Tech's name was Orlando. Super nice guy, very good tech, working for a great company. I would recommend them to ANYONE, and actually already have.

Got back from vacation and my condensing unit wasn't running. Called many A/C places and Chris was the only one that could come out the same day. Called him at 7:30 and he was out to my house by 9. He explained to me exactly what was wrong and fixed it right away. Very pleased that I found him. Will definitely call him again for future service. Thank you A/C by Chris!

Chris found a problem that he fixed in 20 minutes when 2 other companies had recommended I replace my AC and one sent out a sales person without my approval. My AC works great with no problems so far.

This guy is the best. I met him at a Diesel truck show and he sold me a nice system for one of my rental property's. Chris really knows his stuff.
