Provided by YP.comSINCE IO'VE BEEN GOING TO HAVE MY PROCEDURES THE ONLY THING I CAN SAY AND WITH HONESTY IS THAT EVERYBODY THERE IS NICE CONCER AND AFTER MY PROCEDURES I CAN'T COMPLAIN I FEEL LIKE A NEW PERSON AND FEEL LIKE TAKING ON THE WORLD WHICH I KNOW IT'S A NO-NO CAUSE I DO HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF MYSELF, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH DR. MARK MALONE AND HIS STAFF I CAN'T COMPLAIN, I HAVE REFFERD MY DAUGHTER I JUST HOPE THEY ACCEPT HER INSURANCE ....

Provided by YP.comThis review is about the billing office not the doctors. Stay away from this facility if you want correct information and proper processing of insurance claims. Procedures were delayed because of misinformation and out and out lies as to the reason for the delays. The insurance company approved procedures but the office said they did not. I could go on and on. Beware.

Provided by YPmobileI've been with Dr. Malone and Advanced Pain Care for years. I have always been treated well by everyone there. I've had various treatments and procedures that have helped to decrease my pain. My only negative comment is the turnover rate of PA's.

Provided by YP.comDo not put yourself in these peoples hands. I went to them for one year. First, the doctors began leaving, then the staff and PAs. That should let you know if the staff is leaving. I was treated with complete disrespect. A doctor I never saw made a judgement about my care that ended up hurting me and then told me I could not come back but he had one of his staff do it he would not even come into the room. The wait to see someone averaged 3 hours. Dont bother

Provided by YP.comSpent the last 4 days trying to get a perscription filled to no avail. Gave enough med for two weeks but not seen again for a month. The pharmacy faxed and called the office and was told that they get to call and refill request in between patients. I called the office twice and was assured that someone would call. So now I have not had meds for 5 days. I was referred by my primary Dr and I will be sure to let them know how I was treated. Im a new patient and very dissappointed.

Provided by YP.comBest pain staff in town. The doctor really listened to my issues and addressed them, and the staff is friendly.

Provided by YP.comPrompt service, friendly staff, doctor definitely seemed interested in my opinion on meds/ surgery, etc. instead of just prescribing pills which has been the bulk of my experience with previous doctors.
