Having been loyal AT&T customers for over 9 years, we found it convenient to go to this store near our house to compare the iphone 5 and the Samsung Galaxy 3. Those that helped us seemed interested. 15 days after buying 2 Samsung phones, we figured out one of them had a defective wi-fi chip. We took it back and they offered a refurbished model for a phone 2 weeks old. We declined. The following day, my wife recalled to express her displeasure and the manager of the store lied to her (yes this is documented on my wife's account) and told her she could go to the AT&T repair place and get a new phone there because they had just gotten a shipment. He said he had talked to the them and they were expecting us. Guess what?? A total fabrication. They did test the phone and discover what we all ready knew. After calling AT&T customer service, they told us we would have a NEW phone. We walked in the store today and they him-hawed until the manager spoke to AT&T. Do not visit this store. Do not buy from them. It is unethical and dishonest. This manager should be fired immediately.
