I've never had a rat in the attic problem before so I didn't know quite whom to call. I called Gary based on glowing reviews he got on the internet.



He came out when he said he would, examined my home, and quoted me a price. At first I thought it was too expensive. But I soon realized this wasn't a quick fix.



Over a few days, Gary scouted all the possible places that the rats could be getting in and temporarily sealed them to find out which ones the rats were using (before it was over, he repaired them ALL). After he figured out the habits of the rats, he got up in my attic and set the traps. The rats were caught overnight, and then he came back to remove them and to repair all vulnerabilities in my attic and outer home. The whole thing lasted about a week and a half, and I had peace of mind that rodents wouldn't be chewing through my electrical wires.



I realized I got what I paid for, and even consider it a bargain. Gary is professional, curteous, tenacious, and flexible. He seems to consider every job he's given to be a battle of wits between him and the rodent. And he refuses to lose! I highly recommend his services.
