Beluga's has the best Sushi around! Very fresh. It is ALWAYS excellent.They have an all-you-can-eat special on Saturday night that is an exceptional deal. Great Sushi bar and nice employees and wait staff. We have taken many, many friends there and always refer them when somone mentions Sushi:)

New to the Round Rock/ Austin area. Beluga will leave you walking away with the words " WOW! "This restaruant will soon become a favorite of yours as it has become mine. The quality of food, quality of service is a worth while experience that will further make you want to come back.Recommended food: Ahi Tower - Tuna tar tar base in Sesame oil with cavier... delicious! I would not believe it had I not tryed it. Also recommend their Dragon roll or jalopena rolls. As for drinking. Try their Jasmine Tea - one of a kind topped with mint. Are you a fan of Saki? Ask for Soju - a russion style vodka saki. Smooth and will leave you in a laughing mood. First time I went I had discovered they had an art show and a local Dj spinning on turn tables with low dim lights. This restaruant is classy, elegant, and one of a kind!
