The woman who practically runs Colonial Grand in Round Rock, TX. gave us the absolute WORST customer service on Earth like the person below. After hearing that my wife and I would not be renewing our lease because we bought a home AND because the rent sky-rocketed an extra $400, she continued to tell us that we did not owe anything else to them after paying the final rent/water payment. Five months pass and we get a phone call from a collections agency saying we owe over $450. We call Colonial Grand to get to the bottom of it and JENNIFER what ever her last name is, says they mailed us a bill. We gave them the correct forwarding mail address and did not receive a thing. Then she changes her story and says it was emailed that we owe them money. Which after going through the email history on our iPhones revealed THAT was yet another lie. She then began to get extremely rude when she realized she was busted out and said it's too late now and nothing she could do so there's no point in even talking. Again, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! The point is no matter how much you like the apartment do NOT sign a lease with her. You will not leave there happy on her watch.

Loved the apartment WORST service in history! Jennifer Barto literally her words "I don't have time for your issues, I have more important matters to complete I am going to have to ask you to leave." TO A RESIDENT, who pays on time, does not come and ask for multiple things, just trying to complete paper work for their apartment!

If you are looking for an agent, DO NOT have her be your agent she will not have time for you.
