I too had my nightmare experience at this dental office. You would not believe how the manager and the admin team treat people at this location. No respect whatsoever, over charging customers, treating people real badly. I would avoid this dental office. I think the online review sites should use a zero star. This dental office certainly deserves one.

Worst experience I've had at a dental office in my life. I sat in the tiny little waiting room on a rock hard chair for more than 40 minutes before I was called back. The girl sat me in a chair and took xrays. She was nice, but then she asked me if I was "the $49 deal"? (I had brought in a coupon.) Waited, waited, waited some more. Another girl comes in and sets some tools on a tray in front of me, but doesn't look at me or say a word and walks out. More waiting. Dentist finally comes in and makes some small talk. I'm irritated at that point because of the long wait time and the overall cold atmosphere of the office and poor customer service, and I just answer him without smiling. He asks if I'm stressed out and I tell him I'm a little upset because my experience hasn't been a good one so far and I've waited a very long time past my appt. time. He tells me to let the office manager know because it's her that gives him so many patients and he's only one man. Then the girl with the tools comes in to tell me I need to go up to the lobby and talk to the office manager about scheduling a cleaning and to pay. What?? When I called, I said I needed to make an appt. for a cleaning and I had a coupon for this other stuff. I told the office manager this and about the long wait times and she just said, "I'm sorry" while trying to avoid eye contact. Apparently, they only heard the coupon part. So now I've been there for and hour and 15 minutes to get a 5 minute x-ray, doctor checking my teeth for 3 minutes, and handed a whitening kit on the way out the door. NEVER will I visit that office again.
