We visited Flix last night for the first time. The theater atmosphere was excellent, the beer was cold, the service was quick fast and often and best of all no kids, cellphones or lower social economical commentary from the audience. The pizza was great and the Crawfish Mac & Cheese was outstanding. I will go here everytime from this point forward as long as they have the movie avalible and Flix continues to provide the same level of service

We saw War Horse here, the seats were comfortable, food was good, prices reasonable, great way to see a movie!

I have been to Flix Brewhouse several times. I think Round Rock needs a place where adults can enjoy a movie and a beverage. I was hoping with each visit it would get better but unfortunately it gets worse. Today's visit I went to see J.Edgar and we had no service. I hit the call button several times and was finally able to place my order. The order came incorrectly so we sent it back it finally came about half way through the movie. The movie ended and we had no servers, or no bill. We had to track them down to get our ticket. It could be such a great place to go if they can get their acts together. I don't know if it is poor management or just really awful service staff. Whichever it is, they need to figure it out because Alamo draft house has them beat hands down!

I am in love with this movie theater. I love their queso and chips. Their seats are comfortable. It's clean. The staff is very friendly. Keep up the good work Flix. One of these days I'm going to bring a designated driver so I can really enjoy the movie.

I understand that Flix hasn't had their grand opening nor have they opened up their full menu, but with this in mind, I went by about an hour and a half early to check everything out..

After speaking with the staff and being shown the limited menu they would have available this evening, we decided to go ahead and purchase the tickets. We were really hungry, but had planned to wait the hour and a half to enjoy dinner with our movie. We purchased our tickets in advance, on the spot.



An hour later we arrived back at the theater and took our seats. It was at this time we were told that the kitchen was closed and we could choose between chips and salsa or popcorn. I was baffled because we had just had a 10+ minute discussion in regards to the 9;50 showing and the menu. At this point I was irritated, but not 1 star irritated.



We decided to get a refund and go get some dinner. When the "manager" finally arrived to give us a refund, he was more annoyed with us than apologetic. As a matter of fact, he never apologized. Once he handed me my refund tickets I attempted to speak to him and he ignored my question twice and walked away.



I'll take the time to drive to Alamo as I've done so often over the years. Sorry Alamo Draft House for forsaking you in the name of convenience.



Good idea Flix, but poorly executed. With any luck we'll have a really nice dollar theater next to my house in a couple of months.
