The worst experience. After applying for a rental home. Paying all deposits and application fees. Made to wait a full week. We were denied due to " we were not selected by owner over many other applications" My agent had to continually contact her for any information. Never a yes or a no. Just wait. Well it put us a bind due to time frame of moving. Then after a week. It's a no because we weren't "chosen" over MANY others? Never told there were many. They took my deposits. My application fees. Didn't call my current lease until day 4 for verification. So unprofessional. Very frustrating. Would never use this agency for any reason. They drag their feet. They are not current with technology such as e-file for tax information, screen shots for online bank statements etc. very slow in turn around time. Such a bad experience. Really no stars at all
