Provided by YP.comI chose Sara Mae to do my first tattoo because it seemed like a quaint little shop, not intimidating at all... I felt comfortable. When I got there, she could tell I was nervous so she tried to calm me down, and helped me figure out the perfect spot for my tat. My tat was on my outter thigh, so she had this comfortable little platform for me to lay on laden with comfy pillows. She made sure I was comfortable. She warned before I started that the area I chose was going to hurt a little and be a tender spot, so I wasnt in shock afterwards. I was very very happy with the result and now I'm looking to get my 2nd tat, and although i looked around at other shops, none of the others can quite beat southern hospitality tattoos, not to mention, she has great prices for great work!

Provided by YPmobileI have been looking to get a tattoo done for a while and have checked out a few spots. I found this one which was near me and decided to stop. Ridiculous service. I don't have any tattoo so this would be my first and have to make sure in at the right place. Wasn't greeted. After a while of standing there I was finally approached. Owner was rude real cocky and talked to me like I'm stupid. I walked out. Not friendly not someone I would trust with my tattoo. No "hospitality" here. You lost a potential customer.

Provided by YP.comI went to Southern Hospitality in January to have an Italian script done. Sara did a decent job on the tattoo, but she is definitely not what you would call a personable lady. Two days later I noticed that the 3 apostrophes that were in the original text I showed her were not done. Not a big deal, everyone makes mistakes. I called her immediately to set up a time to get them done. Yeah, that was in JANUARY, it's now October and she hasn't felt the need to respond to any of my numerous calls/e-mails till now. That's ridiculous. Any tattoo artist that cares about their clients will do whatever they need to to make things right. She then went on to play some "blame game" about how I should of noticed they were missing that night, not two days later. Somehow her not reading or tattooing the correct text is the customers' fault. I would not recommend Southern Hospitality to anyone. Total lack of professionalism and responsibility as an artist. On top of that, she's just not a very nice person.
