Tried on a suit that fit and the sales person took it and I waited at the counter as she went to place a clear wrap over it. I paid for it and some how the suit I was given was not the one that was tried on it was 4 sizes too big I discovered it after I got home 200 miles from the store. I called them the next business day and explained i live apporx 200 miles one way almost 400 round trip. And asked being it was not my fault I would need to mail it back for a refund. And was told no refunds even if its our faut. The mans name I spoke with is named Sharif

they dont allow any returns at all. so make sure you really want something if you buy it here, cause you get to keep it forever.

A review? Well if the store was open at the hours specified I would. 10 minutes prior to closing and the store clerk shuts the lights off when we try to open the door. 10 minutes. Seriously for the outlet store, maybe they need to hire quality staff that abide to the outlet hours. Shame on you store clerk and shame on Suit City for not hiring staff that want to work.
