OMG this place is awe full. i have had so many thing go wrong her and many maintenance calls never resolved. I don't have enough time but I will give you two examples. The maintenance team, one of them stole my jewelry box and when i called the police and made my report they said maybe i should ask the manager. So i did and she called me stupid and that that's what renters insurance is for. Then two days later it was back in some random place in my closet. Yes supper shady. We have had our upstairs neighbors patio wood falling apart over our heads because the ants in it have completely rotted it out and we have called about 10 times, the manager is as dumb as a sack of rocks so at one point after she left me a can of spray on my door step with a post it note saying happy valentines day, i called the property owner and she assured me someone would take care of it and nothing to this day has happened. We have been locked out of our apts a few times b/c the sliding glass door locks its self... They are never at the office, the girl they had answering phones probably smokes crack in her off time b/c she is also one of the most ignorant things i have ever had the benefit of talking to. My neighbor upstairs has a two year old and got locked out and she called the telephone service after hours that they said they would have someone there soon to let her in for 30 dollars and 3 hrs later no one ever showed. It was 106 outside, i would of hated to see that little boy get sick. This place is inhumane and disgusting! I know the rent WAS cheap but if you have a brain in your head you will save yourself a lot of frustration. Oh and my car got broken into and has beeen hit 3 times without resolve.
