I had to send Goverment documments over seas that were very time sensetive which I explained several times to the clerk, they said that they could get the package delivered in 2 days but it would be more expensive than the Post Office charges, I agreed to it because it was guaranteed, I also had all my documents Notorized here as well which was an additional $24.00 dollars, total coming to around $81.00. the package arrived 7 days after their guaranteed date, when I went by their ofice to find out what happened to the document because it had not been delivered on the guaranteed date they now said that it would be 2 weeks before it would arrive and that I had to wait until the packege was deliveried before they can do anything about a refund.They did refund the cost of the delivery charge ($57.00) but would not refund the Notary fees ($24.00). Also I had to wait about 3 weeks to get that refund. The most disappointing part of this experience is that they give guarantees that they can't honor.
