Provided by YP.comThis is the worst service I have ever received from the USPS. We now have a letter carrier who cannot read. We consistently receive mail from different addresses and so do they, the only thing common is the street number. I complaint at the post office (78681) and filled out a complaint form, to no avail. We need a letter carrier who can read. The letter carrier we had before was great, no deliveries to the wrong address, unfortunately he retired.

Provided by YP.comI live in the Fern Bluff neighborhood and we are having a real problem with the mail being delivered to other homes. I have had to deliver packages to my neighbors more than once and I have had neighbors deliver to me. I have had packages that never have been delivered and I have had to call the business I ordered from and pay additional shipping to have it delivered to my work instead. This is getting ridiculous and it needs to stop. I have called several times and no one EVER answers. I am calling the US Postal Service to complain about this location. Please get it together.

Provided by YP.comThe delivery person that delivers our mail is the worst I have ever seen. They leave other peoples mail in our box at least 3 times a week and seem to also have a problem putting my packages in my box. I have lost around 6 packages over the last 6 months. Just this Saturday I had two packages coming from the same place and both show to have been delivered on Saturday. However, only one made it to my mailbox. No one knows where the other one went and the PO doesn't even answer their own phones now. Very sad, no wonder they are losing money.

Provided by YPmobilePaid extra for 2 day shipping and it just didn't even show up. Spent hours making calls trying to locate my package and NO ONE answers. All machines that are horrible at understanding and can't help you.Tracking also rarely updated and very inaccurate. VERY disappointed that my expensive package that I paid extra for to be here on time just never even showed up. Do not trust USPS with anything you value is all I've taken from this experience. Fed Ex only from now on. Disgusted.

Provided by YP.comTwice I lost my packages here and they cannot tell me what happened except that I should go to the counter to have them scanned. What's the use of their drop boxes? I drop them especially because they are busy and as far as I know, that is the use of the drop boxes, right? I had to refund my customers for the lost and I got bad feedback on my business. I switched to a different Post Office and I did not have any problem.
