My In-Laws were members of that church when they lived in Round Rock and they loved it. I was able to visit on few occasions when I was in town on Sunday and me and my family were impressed by the friendliness of the people we met. I am not sure what Aa J was talking about, but don’t let that keep you from checking out this congregation. If you do, I think you will miss a real opportunity to meet some great folks that love God.

False on many levels

The title says it all. Stay clear of this place because it has a knack for brainwashing people and forcing them to "worship" in a false and deceitful way. The main point is how they try to instill in your mind that a book that was written by man for years, decades, and centuries is more important and more significant than us as human beings. According to this place, people's thoughts, opinions, strengths, weaknesses, everything that makes us who we are are irrelevant and useless. That a book is our salvation and only importance. Such mockery. Why do places like these exist? Only to turn the people you cared for against each other. That is absolutely not what God preaches. If you care for people and legitimately carry God in your life, then stay clear from this place. I already lost someone to this place and believe me, you can do better. No priest would dare say to turn away from people and focus on a book, that is just utterly wrong and deceitful. Stay clear for your own psychological and spiritual good.
