I had ordered a custom pair of prescription sunglasses from Harvard. The optometrist was fine along with the eye exam but everything else was horrible. The glasses wasn't ready by the time stated because they had misplaced my order. When I finally got them, they had ordered the wrong color frame. When I told them, they actually asked me if I just couldn't accept the other color instead. The lens were so poorly made that they didn't even fit the frames right. WORST service and quality I have ever seen!!!
