I purchased a hood from this place in April 2015, and requested for installation by this Corp. They send employee over twice, refused to install the hood for us and refunded the installation fee to us. The hood started to make loud noise this month. The Corp stated the warranty does not cover the labor. The employee came out to check the problem costs $75. And they don't have a record stating their employee refused to install the hood, so they won't fix the hood unless we pay the labor fee. Please don't join the club to be disappointed and regretful.
