The amazing people here are lifesavers, and just wonderful people in general. A few years ago my mother got sick and could not take care of her house anymore, and I had no idea about taking care of a pool. With everything else going on it was just out of sight out of mind. But then when I really took a look at it, I noticed it was in really bad shape. Enter AAP. I called the guys here and they were really friendly and easy to talk with and answer my questions. They came out and took a look and told me what needed to be done. We had to drain the pool, power wash it, replace the pump, motor, etc etc... The pool ended up looking amazing, and it stayed that way over the next 2 years. They came out weekly to take care of it and it has always looked in pristine condition. They would just send me an email if something needed to be replaced, or call and tell me they had grabbed something to fix and would bring it back the next day. They literally made taking care of my mother, that much easier. All the work they have done with the pool, makes it as if nothing was ever wrong and it looks better than ever. We just sold the house and the pool got a majority of the compliments. I highly recommend AAP, and I can’t thank them enough for making hectic moments in life, just that much easier. You guys are the best.

All About Pools is the best pool company I've ever used. I moved to Rockwall in June '15, and needed someone to maintain my pool while I was out of state. Dan made it his personal mission to make sure my pool was beautiful when my family and I arrived. Always professional and honest, they will give you a series of options to resolve any issues, and have very fair prices to fit any budget. Just this week, I had noticed my pool was losing water at a very fast rate. Dan was able to diagnose the problem from the store and, instead of having me spend a fortune to have someone go out there, sold me a $20 tube of epoxy that resolved the problem right away! You'll never have a reason to visit another pool store once you've used them.

I thought it would be a great idea to use a locally owned business to do some basic repair work on my pool .Choosing All About Pools was a huge mistake. Lackluster service and a very snarky attitude (see other reviews) by the owner made using All About Pools an extremely dissatisfying experience. Most of the positive reviews here are based on how well they can clean a pool on a monthly basis. Great. I understand the need for some people to have someone come dump basic chemicals in their pools for a ridiculous amount of money, but I needed more than that. I needed work done on my pool that required a higher skill level. Not only did All About Pools fail at that, they failed to resolve the problem after repeated visits.



I strongly *and I mean strongly* recommend you consider finding another business to work on your pool. As I have told my pool owning neighbors, you have been warned.

We started Dan's services years ago, before he had a storefront. He has continued to provide service and repair for our pool since that time and we are so happy we found him. He always has been quick to respond when we've had a pool issue and is ready to talk us through issues over the phone and give us advice. He's extremely knowledgeable about pools and he's almost always at the store and available to answer questions when we visit to pick up parts or supplies. We don't foresee using anybody else for our pool.
