This was a wonderful experience as I was looking for a car for my daughter. I wanted a safe and needed a car that I know will be safe and that is certified that it is good condition. I worked with Justin and he was patient with me and reviewed all the inventory and reviewed each vehicle with me. I didn't buy a car that day and wasn't pressured at all;. I went home and came back a later in the week and again Justin was great to handle all my questions and answered each question.
I thank you Justin for all your assistance in the car purchase for my daughter. She is very happy and very proud of her new car.

The car buying process is quick and easy because the have junk cars that are over priced. They fix the cars to last a year then they break down. They have a service center that patches issues with non experienced shade tree machanics that takes months to repair and don't want to give u a loaner car. They are very racist and the finance center ladies are very rude and unbothered. If I could give it negative 100 stars I would.

I bought my 2013 Dodge Avenger from Barret Motors and they were awesome! The whole process was quick and easy and they didn't give me the run around. They have a finance team that is like no other. My favorite person is Jennifer Garcia. She's the best and such a sweetheart. They definitely care for their customers.

I purchased my Lincoln MKX from Barrett Motors in 2014. I had not so perfect credit from a past divorce and didn't think I would be able to qualify for any car much less a luxury vehicle.
The sales people at Barrett are amazing! They never made me feel less than worthy of owning a vehicle I deserve. And, they worked with me on the down payment and the monthly payments. I would highly recommend Barrett to anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle. I will definitely purchase from Barrett again.
I have nothing but great things to say about the staff as well. Billie Henderson has been a gem to work with as well as the rest of the staff. They are courteous and kind and that goes a long way with customers.

My husband and I bought a suv a year ago. There were issues at first but Barrett Motors fixed the issues no problem. My grandson who is 18 needed a truck. We spoke to Carlos who is great. He is the finance person. He told us what he had that would be affordable for him. The experience was great for him and us. Ruby was the salesman he was great also. I do recommend this car dealer. They work with what you have and no more no running back forth to see what they can do for you they let you know up front. Thank you for a great experience.

I really feel like I got took by these guys . I bought a 2010 dodge truck two years ago from these guys . With finance charges and all I will be paying $30,000 for it. when Ron sold me the truck he said in two years I could bring it back and trade it in for another one. I took it in today they said its worth $5,000. It had 56,000 it when I got it now 140,000 . I still don't see how its not worth more than that.I really thought highly of these guys. I referred a lot of people them now I don't know what to think I believe they took advantage of me I just don't know how I could ever deal with anybody like that again

We just bought our 4th vehicle from Barrett and have had the best sales and service on all our purchases. The billing department goes out of their way for us as well. We are loyal customers!

The records department is unprofessional, rude and doesn't return phone calls or emails

It's always stressfull when making a vehicle purchase, But Dario did his absolute best at remaining calm when we were frustrated.. it took a day and a half to get the vehicle that we were happy with but we got it! Dario, Lance, and Ron were the best at helping us get into the car we wanted within our budget. And now we are the proud owners of a 2008 Ford Mustang GT!! Thanks guys!

OK, I just got home from Barrett Motors and I have to say that between Brian Phillips and "Rockin" Ronnie, they made our transaction easy as pie! Walked in with the paperwork already done and approved. Got my trade-in approved, signed the papers and hit the road in a nice, new 2010 Charger! This has got to be the greatest car buying experience of my life, and I promise you we will be back to do business with Barrett Motors again, and again! Thanks Brian and Ronnie!

That "Rocking Ronny" is just a mid life crisis waiting to happen and I wish I would have gave my commission to the other NICE gentleman who was very sweet and considerate to peoples feelings. That Dee in the billing dept is very wishy washy, we had a misfortune hit our family and like the rest of the country we struggle to keep head above water. After explaing of a pending lawsuit and explaining thats why we missed ONE payment she seemed understanding. THEN we found out they shut our online payment portal down because unlike MOST companies the "ontime" payments made were put towards the past fee causing my account to be 2 weeks behind??? Confused I called got ahold of another rep who doesnt allow anyone to talk and gets angry when you talk over her. Now they refuse to take payment which has me well over a month over due unless all paid in full, unfortunately our bank places a hold on checks only allowing me to pay FULL payment tomorrow morning and NOW DEE says they may not take the payment...only want to find a reason to repo im sure to make even more money on the car I put a hefty down payment on....such bullsh1t. GOOD LUCK and the GENERAL MANAGER WILL NOT return calls...just says that dee can handle it and when she does he doesnt back her up and will do his own greedy thing. Lesson learned THE HARD WAY....oh well...i pray for them daily....

If you need a good used car or truck go and talk to Ron Davis at Barrett motors. I have been doing busness with them for the last 10 years and have not had a problem. They have a large selection of vehicles and if they dont have what you are looking for they will find it for you. Plus they stand behind what they sell with their own shop and fine mechanics. I needed to buy a SUV because my ’95 minivan was about to die. I went to 4 auto lots and could not get anyone to help me with financing. Barrett Motors bent over backwards to find the SUV I wanted (color, make and the year). They gave me the financing and the payments I was looking for. And a great bunch of people working for them from the service department to sales!
