I don't even know where to begin. Service from beginning to end was a horrible experience all around. Couldn't get a hold of anyone, when I finally did get to set an appt..they cancelled last minute. Their website doesn't even work. The time they rescheduled me for the next week was not what they told me so I had to wait(yet there were no other clients signed in that day)and my appt was afternoon. They did not perform the hour facial I set up. I still had peeling skin hanging off my nose when I left..seriously!! The room was not relaxing as I could hear noises all around, nor was it comfortable. It would have been cheaper to just wash my face at home, bcuz that is all she did. The product seemed very poor quality, but so was the technician-wendy. Had I not had a coupon I had already paid for I would never have gone to this dump. Do not waste your time! This owner is not business savvy & who ever runs the place & phones is a moron. I left way more frustrated & stressed dealing with them than I was to begin with. They acted like they already had my money from my purchased coupon & therefore made no effort to provide quality service. I have never had such a horrible facial & experience in my life!

Incredibly relaxing!. I absolutely loved my trip to this spa. My best friend and I wanted a facial and massage, and we were treated like gold. From the second you walk through the door, the staff makes you feel relaxed and very important. I HIGHLY highly recommend this spa, and I will definitely be returning!

I went there for the first time today, and I have to say, without a doubt, that this is the best spa I've ever been to! I can't recommend this place enough. I've been to quite a few spas around the DFW area over the years and my skin has never felt as good as this.

I LOVE this place!! I have gone to Wendy for years for my skin care and permanent makeup and she is amazing! I get so many compliments on my skin since going there .....she goes above and beyond to insure I look my best! I can't wait for my next appointment.

I went to this spa to try out their massages and I have to say Jacob is the best!! I'm looking foward to the next appointment!

I live in Rowlett and wanted to check out Body Enhancement even after hearing nothing but negiative reviews from several different people. I made an appointment only to have to wait for over 30 minutes. I had to leave because I had another appointment so I re-schduled for later that afternoon. I returned only to have to wait again. I was told numerous times how great their airbrush tanning was and that the tan would not turn orange. Well it did...not only that there were spots they missed and orange drippings on down both of my feet. I had a reunion the following day and needless to say I was looking for a resolution I called andspoke with the owner Wendy only to get a run around. Their prices are higher than any place I had ever visited. What a horrible experience. Their customer service leaves alot to be desired.
