Never use this company. They came to my house to clean my ducts with a coupon I had from Valpak. The coupon said $64.95 but they charged me $550. They then said they wouldn't leave until I paid in full. I objected and said that when I made the appointment over the phone I said I had a coupon. The men who did the cleaning said that I could speak to their boss, the owner Tony. They called him for me and he said that the coupon was only valid for 10 vents and that they had cleaned 14 vents and the dryer vent (which I had never asked to be cleaned). I told him that the mark up on the 4 vents and the dryer vent was very high. He told me that I had better pay up or he would personally come over to collect the money. I am elderly and I didn't want any trouble so I paid with my credit card which I am still trying to pay off. I had a very bad experience with this company and I would recommend people to stay away.

Elite clean & restoration recently installed two air conditioner units in my home. I was amazed as to the professionalism of the two installers. I am absolutely pleased with their service. They cleaned up behind themselves inside and out. I will certainly use them again, and more importantly, I certainly recommend them to anyone.

These guys are amazing. They replaced coils, plenums and installed the astonishing Reme Halo UV systems in all 3 of my units for a great and fare price. Very professional. I can breathe clear. Tanner is awesome!

Elite Clean & Restoration did an excellent job cleaning my house. Their customer service was great as well as their cleaning. They come in assess the house and get right to work. The house smelled so good for days and has never been cleaner.

I just want to say what a great job David did for our Stairs and are area Rug...they look new. My wife thought it wasnt worth getting them cleaned and that we should just have the Carpet on the stairs replaced along with the area rug...but wow...they look new! Worth Every penny and actually saved us Money. Thanks David for doing such a great job!

Elite was just what the name implies. They came and cleaned my carpets and remove the smell from some very stubborn pet stains that another company did a horrible job on. They were very polite and on time and Paul did an excellent job.

Called for carpet stretching and still have one and a half of the 3 carpet ripples. The 20% discount from valu-pak was denied and tax was added . I was not told this on the phone when I called and was told there is a $89 minimum. Expensive for little results. Would never use again or recommend

Very happy with the service I received Sunday, February 11, 2011. The technician, Ricardo, was on time, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and willing to negotiate the final price when I inquired about additional services that I had not asked about in the initial quote. The carpet cleaning was very quick (but thorough). We had some pet stains that appear to be completely gone. We had our carpets cleaned one other time buy a guy in an unmarked van. They used our water and our electricity and dumped the waste in our toilet. None of these happened with the Cleaner Image. Very professional and very friendly!

The carpet was still wet up to 5 days after they cleaned the room and started to smell like mildew really bad. We called, stated what the problem was and they came out again and recleaned the floor. It smelled good for about a week then it was really cold for about 2 weeks and we didn't smell anything. Once it got humid and warmed back up outside, the mildew smell came right back. When we called again, they said they would send out someone to tear up the padding and replace it. The same tech that came out the second time came out again with another tech. They pulled up the padding, cleaned the concrete and the carpet again. The carpet still smells like mildew. One of the techs said "You need new carpet. Make sure you make them buy you new carpet because the guy who did the "control flood" ruined your carpet. You are going to have a hard time with them replacing this." That is sad when one of their own employees has to warn you what is going to happen. Well come to find it, he was right

I LOVE THIS COMPANY THEY HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE TELL YOU RIGHT OFF THE BAT WHAT BENEFITS YOU THEY WERE ON TIME VERY NICE AND THE GIRLS IN THE OFFICE WERE VERY NICE AND RESPECTFUL I HAD A QUESTIONS AND THEY COULD ALWAYS PROVIDE ME WITH THE ANSWER AND WHEN THE TECHS GOT HERE THEY DID A WALK THROUGH WITH ME I LOVED THEIR SERVICES AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY THEY ARE REALLY GOOD!! i love this company they have great customer service tell you right off the bat what benefits you they were on time very nice and the girls in the office were very nice and respectful i had a questions and they could always provide me with the answer and when the techs got here they did a walk through with me i loved their services and i would recommend them to anybody they are really good!! i loved it!! thank you cleaner image

I called on a Tuesday and scheduled an appointment for the following Friday to get the carpets cleaned. I worked with them to have our maids come in the morning so the carpets would be vacuumed for them when the carpet cleaners came. So we rescheduled the maids and rescheduled ourselves to accommodate the carpet cleaners. The scheduled time of arrival was between 11-2. They called at 10:45 to verify the appt...??? When I told them yes, they said they would have someone call me when they were close. They called around 12:30 to get directions and were lost. The office manager called me at 1:30 to tell me that they called the driver who was on route to our house, to go to another house due to a water damage. So at the last minute, they said they weren't coming at all - not even a reschedule for later. (No Joke!) The office manager would not give me the owners name, nor apologize for the huge inconvenience she caused. Terrible customer service - DO NOT USE THEM!!
