This is the FIRST time I have ever posted anything good/bad about a company.

I called Hole in One today to notify them of an employee that should cause them concern. Due to the outcome of my call, feeling blown off made me want to do something -anything to bring light of this.

I called to complain about their driver who apparently had Road Rage the day before. I was on my way home from work and there was a stalled car in my lane. I turned on my blinker to move over and cars kept flying by. I saw a gap and sped up to keep from causing the other lane to slow down and the van sped up. The van was not going to let me in front or behind him. I should have been the one with road rage at the time but I did not. The car behind him could clearly see what was going on and flagged me to get in front of her. As soon as I moved over, Hole in One’s employee quickly stopped short and almost caused me to hit him. I had to slam on my brakes so hard the anti-lock brakes clicked and caused my car to shutter. Once he slammed on the gas peddle and I proceeded past the stalled car, I moved back into my lane. When I looked in front of the van there was NO ONE anywhere near him. That is when I realized he did it on purpose. At that point I had to race up to catch him. The van clearly did not want me to get close to him. Once I was able to get the license plate & telephone number, I decided to call in the morning so I could report him in a rational manner.

Today I called and was shocked by the ‘so what’ attitude of the woman who answered the phone. She did not say a word and was like ‘okay.’ What makes me wonder, is this the ‘norm’ for them. If so, I would never use their services seeing how they treat people. Matter of fact, because of this - and I am one that lets things slide off of me, but when I put the whole thing together makes me very frustrated and infuriated that they have the gall. All I was trying to do is be a good Samaritan hoping that at least they would speak to their employee about common curtsy and addressing their anger problem.

Since it was hard to keep up with the driver, all I got was “lAK FB4".
