The last review was written five years ago, things have definitely changed. The apartment manager Ana may be nice when you are trying to rent but after that is one of the rudest people you will ever meet. THE OWNER ARTURO MARTINEZ is a slum lord piece of trash who both refuses to take care of these buildings for his residents, but also ASSAULTED SOMEONE IN HIS OFFICE at this building. One of the units caught fire last month completely due to NEGLECT of the manager and owner to maintain the buildings properly. The residents will all tell you that if you need something fixed you have to do it yourself.



When I asked the manager Ana how she feels about this she replied, "if they don't like it they can move out."

THE DEFINITION OF SLUM LORDS.

The apartment manager was really nice to my family and I. We had no problems the whole time we lived here. It was great to live in an enviroment where you never had to worry about the neighbors or someone messing around and vandilizing your stuff. Overall everyone here is pretty low-keyed. The condos are pretty low cost for people who cannot pay top dollar. My experience here was worthwhile for me and my family!
