My car broke down and was towed to them by accident. It was discovered that my filter had not been changed forever and I get periodic oil changes. Tony bought out my filter which looked as though it had been in there since the ice ages. Even though they are over 30 miles away from home, I'll never trust another to do my oil changed going forward.

I took my car to Parkway Car Care to replace the Alternator. They had it fixed the same day at a good price. Tony was great. I would highly recommend them.

Worst Experience Ever

Took my van in for a small coolant leak. 2 weeks later, after they screwed up my van, and had to replace the heads, I got my van back. Then it cost me almost twice as much as quoted. I was with out a vechicle for 2 weeks and no compensation was offered or given. I HAVE NOT REFERRED ANY OF MY FRIENDS TO THIS SHOP. Shoty work.

A good honest place to take your car for care!

We have been going to Parkway Car Care for years now. The owner, Gene, goes above and beyond to make you feel safe and to let you know the process of what will need to be done to fix your car. But unlike other shops, he will not only let you know what needs to be done now but he will let you know if there is something coming up that you need to be aware of. He does not throw a bunch of problems at you that need immediate attention unless your car really does need it. As a woman, I feel safe knowing they will take care of me and not just take me for all I have!
