Worst cut ever ...won't be back

I had my hair done by stylist Enjolic. She was very nice and professional. She cut my hair exactly the way I asked. I was so impressed on how detailed she was. I got so many compliments on my haircut. I did notice she was very busy. People we're calling and walking in to book appointments with her. I so glad I found someone who can cut and style my hair the way I like. The price was reasonable. I expected to pay more for such good work. I am definitely going back. She rocks!!!

I wont be back. I have been going to this salon for many many years. My last 2 visits were not good. My hair wasn't done the way I request and the stylist seemed annoyed when I told her the highlights were not what I requested. Also, My hair wasn't cut the way I requested, but it was cut too short for her to fix it and give it the correct shape. I asked about a price for my kid for color and was told one rate, but charged $30 more than I was told it would be. I also noticed I was charged for things on my receipt that I didn't ask for. My kid and I were both charged for a conditioner shot that I didn't ask for. Also, I was charged for blow drying (are you kidding me???) and I left with mostly wet hair.
