Provided by YP.comI was surprised to see these out dated reviews on this site. I was running a few minutes behind for my appointment and was worried i wouldnt make it. When i checked in, the front desk staff greeted me with a smile and assured me i could still be seen. I loved the feel of the office because there are no techs or interns waiting on you. The doctor handles your exam from start to finish and picking out glasses is super stressful so but the people who come out to help are very nice and know a lot. This is the first time i have ever wanted to go back to a doctor before my year is up!

Provided by YPmobileAccompanied my fiancé to his appointment. His appointment was at two and they had closed the office for an employee lunch and was not scheduled to return until two. Arriving at 1:50, we saw the staff go back inside at the same time as we arrived. We went to the door at 1:58. The front office staff, despite seeing us at the door, walked right past us and waited until exactly 2:00 to open the door. Mind you it was raining and 45 degrees outside. When we went inside, I sat in the waiting room and was looking through a window to the back from my chair (just looking at the Halloween decor) and the lady gave me a rude look and slammed the window door shut. No information/screens/ect could be seen from my view and there was no need to be rude. Why decorate to keep it shut away? I do not go to this doctor because they said my insurance was not adequate for their services. Why could they just not say my insurance is not taken here? It made me feel inferior and I found that with two different experience this office is employeed with a rude staff and is obviously not welcoming to potential new customers/guest accompanying clients.

Provided by YPmobileDon't know if there has been any changes since the last time we went, but we were turned away from our appointment after being a minute late. You read that right. One minute. She gave us attitude about it as well. Anyone who has ever needed to see an eye doctor has been told by me to stay away.

Provided by YP.comThe front area reception employees are pleasant and I did not have extended wait times for the doctor. My suggestion, however, if you are not satisfied with your experience here, or the glasses/contacts, seek a second opinion. I had to. I now am better satisfied, and can see out of my new glasses. I wasted a lot of money here.

Provided by YP.comThe people at the front were nice, but I had a early appointment and they were already behind. The person that came to get me did my entire appointment. I still have no idea who that person was, she never introduced herself. I'm guessing it was not the doctor because I've never known a doctor to come get a patient from the waiting room. The reason I will never go back is that they charge $25 to get your PD distance, which is a measurement you need to get your eye glasses online, I've never known any place to charge for that.
