The front struts for my Escalade shipped in about a week. Thought I'd give it a shot installing myself and it went fine. Took most of an afternoon but it was pretty easy, especially with the videos on YouTube.

The replacement kit I ordered for an old Blazer was just what I needed. It only took a couple hours for my mechanic to install them. Everything feels really solid and smooth. Great product so far.

Website is super easy to use. I had no problem finding what I needed, and lo and behold it fit just as described!

You never know with these third-party "solutions" until you try but in this case, I'm glad I did.

Wooohooo!!! I cannot believe they actually had a replacement suspension for my old girl, a 91 Subaru Legacy!!

Not only did they have it, it shipped quickly and was a perfect fit. It only took the better part of an afternoon to install. Rides great. So happy.

They have a suspension kit for everything, often times multiple options. Their website is easy to use and I've bought from them twice. Both times the product was great.

Great product for not much cash. Fixed a work vehicle up and had it back on the road lickety-split! Would definitely order again--although I hope I never need to.

Got a new suspension for an '03 Armada. Arrived in 5 days, installed in an afternoon/evening. So far it rides great and was about 20% of the cost of a new air suspension for a car that only has a few years left in it. Very happy.

Was driving the slow way up to see a friend in Virginia and wanted a little more time before getting back in the driver's seat. Read about this auto museum online and decided to go check it out.

A very nice man named Scott helped me tremendously. I guess they don't have anyone staffed to do tours of the museum but he took the opportunity to help me check it out. It's apparently the business owner's private collection of automobiles. They even have the car that started the business.

What an interesting little side-trip. Would recommend if passing through Roxboro for sure!!

Zero complaints. Strutmasters' product is everything that they say it is and they have the best possible selection in the industry for air to coil conversions.

I didn't have the easiest time with things but overall the product is exactly what I wanted. I needed a new suspension for my '02 blazer and they had exactly what I needed. It fit just as it was supposed to.

It was a little difficult to get folks on the phone but once I did everyone was friendly and helpful.

Stopped in to check out the Auto Museum I read about online. How cool! They have just a few old school classics that have been restored and really well-kept. If your interested in antique cars or just cars definitely check it out!

They also let me see the warehouse where they do the business end of things at the company. So cool to see how busy they are and everything they do to make it work.

First of all 10/10 for the product.

Mostly the customer service was fine. I had someone take forever to respond to an email. When I called about it and was able to speak to someone, they explained the situation and helped make things right. I am thinking it might be a one-off and as I said the product is awesome so I will be coming back.

Just needed some replacement shocks. The customer service person I talked to was very helpful and walked me through what I would need. I ended up spending so much less money thanks to them. My mechanic said that the kit seemed well made and it was only a few hours' labor time to install.

Absolute best thing you can do for an old car driving around on bad struts. They carry conversion kits for almost any car more than 5-6 years old back to the early 90s. When customers have bad air suspension on an older car, I usually make the suggestion to just convert to good old coils.

They had exactly what I needed, which was an inexpensive replacement for my air springs in an old Chevy I use for my handyman business. I had no trouble finding what I needed and it came exactly as described. Saved me a bunch of cash
