I kept on getting calls one day for medications I never even requested! Let alone medications I want even on! I asked Wilma (Dr. Merkley's nurse) if I should worry about my identity being used or something.

Come too find out, someone at their offuce entered in someone else's information into MY chart! I could have possibly died had I received a call from my pharmacy that I had a prescription ready.

This not only happened once, BUT TWICE WITHIN AN HOUR!

I'm just lucky that Wilma and a gal Named Jody caught it!
