The management is horrible ! Everything breaks and they don't take the time to come and fix it. The manager is a *****. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

If you have dogs and they act like normal animals then avoid this place like the plague. They have extremely poor management, and if they say this is not true; then ask them why they have fired and replaced there property managers at the end of each year! I was there 11 years and I've seen everything from Gangs To Drugs to prostitution. They do have some good units, but they are off-set by the amount you must pay for utilities etc. Only your hot water heater runs on gas and that costs an average of $60.00 a month, Electric runs around $160.00. I can not say anything good about royal gardens anymore sense We left it.

WE HAVE BEEN HERE AT ROYAL GARDEN APT. IN ROY, UT. FOR APPROX. 3 YRS. I HAVE TO SAY THAT IT REALLY HAS BEEN A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE. I LIVE IN-BETWEEN 2 VERY NICE AND VERY QUIET ELDERLY PEOPLE; GOOD NEIGHBORS MAKE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD. OUR SECTION IS SUPER DOOPER QUIET; NO LOUD MUSIC OR ANYTHING. WE HAVE A CLEAN AND SAFE MAIL/LAUNDRY ROOM; A BIG DEEP POOL IN THE SUMMER THAT IS RARELY CROWDED, GREEN GRASS TO WALK BAREFOOT IN AND BIG PATIOS GREAT FOR A GARDEN OR COOK-OUTS. THE MAINT. HAS ALWAYS BEEN ON A DROP OF THE DIME AND WE GET 15.00 OFF FOR PAYING RENT EARLY. THEY ARE MOST EXCELLENT WITH PETS AND IF YOU HAVE AN ISSUE THEY ARE READY TO LISTEN AND HELP. WE GOT NEW WINDOWS AND I LOVE THEM; OUR UTILITIES ARE LOW.I LIKE THAT THESE APTS. ARE SO CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND EMERGENCY SERVICES. WE HAVE RARELY HAD ANY VANDALISM EVEN IN THE PARKING LOTS. IF I WAS LOOKING FOR A SUPER QUIET APT. ASK FOR OUR APT. WE HAVE TO MOVE DUE TO A JOB ISSUE. TRULY...ONE CAN BE A NOSE-PICKING FAULT FINDER....BUT LET'S GET REAL...IF YOU PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME YOU WILL LOVE IT HERE. SINCERELY JULIE PARKERBELL IN A QUIET APT.
