I LOVE this salon!!! Esp their prices.... I used to go to "Fran Brown" beauty school. But since then it's turned into "Marinello". Smart Cuts ONLY charges $3 for a wash and $8 for an eyebrow wax. And every other month, you can find coupons. Marinello charges $10 for an eyebrow wax and $7 for JUST A WASH!!! And the service is much faster at Smart Cuts since they don't need to wait on an instructor to approve their work!
