Negative reviews seem unwarranted. They are a family business and do not operate like Amazon Prime with instant delivery. They are, however, a reliable and ethical business ... just not as fast with shipping and handling as you might want.

This is a long time, mom & pop shop. They are wonderful people. Their website is not high tech, but don't worry. It works. Will be my first choice for future parts.

Worst experience I've had in 40 years. Do not go here.

Great home town company. I needed a part for a 100+ yr old revolver. Couldn't find it anywhere. Then I discovered Bobs. Got my part just like that. How do they do it?Great inventory & service.

I have placed an order 10 days ago and did it his old fashioned way and have yet to hear back anything. I hope he is still around cause I need that part.

Time wasted and nothing accomplished with this business.
