Back in July he replaced my cooling fan. Shortly after, my car started leaking coolant. I brought it back, and he said he couldn't find any problems. The leak got worse, and eventually I couldn't even refill the coolant because it would pour out faster than it went in. I live over an hour away, so since the car wasn't technically drivable and I couldn't afford to have it towed that far, I took a risk and drove it a mile down the road to a local mechanic.
Boy was I in for a shock. The still brand new cooling fan had ground its way into the radiator and made a perfect fan-shaped indention, tearing the radiator up. The diagnosis? Whoever installed the cooling fan (Mr. Mark) screwed up big time.
So I attempted peaceful negotiation with Mr. Mark, which didn't work. He admitted he believed me but refused to compensate me or even look at the damages. Instead he began raising his voice over the phone like some bratty teenager, claiming I did not bring it back after it started leaking, which I did. I will not tell my opinion of this man on a public page but I will let anyone reading this decide for yourself what kind of person he is, and I hope no one else makes the same mistake I did by trusting him.

He destroyed my girlfriend's radiator and refused to compensate her and refused to accept responsibility. He also screamed at me on the phone like a madman.
