Provided by YP.comI had my hair highlighted at another salon and it looked horrible so I came to Fringe where Quinn did a fabulous job of making my hair look great for my wedding by redoing some of the highlights and putting in lowlights. Everybody loved my hair at the wedding!!! Thanks Quinn!
