Worst experience ever. went the first time and I signed up for this girl who later came back and said she has an appointment scheduled so she can't take me, and no one else offered to cut my hair, I left. Ok fine, I don't judge from first visit. So I went again in couple months I had my 8 year old son with me and he wanted some water, I asked for water and they said they don't have any !!!! Whatever, I signed up for first available , 1 girl was finished with her customer and she walked to the back, 2nd girl finished with her customer and never bothered to look at me but instead she started folding towels !!! Really, maybe my foreign name and looks scare them off. I will never return to this business ever. Worst customer service I have seen.

Just went for the first time,even with all the pretty girls it wasn't intimidating..they are laid back just like a bunch of friends..I definitely recommend this place..and btw,they did a great job..I walked out feeling like a million bucks..thanks Britt..ur my new hair chick..lol,meant that in a good way. :)
